A small beaded pouch constructed with glass beads worked over linen ground fabric. The upper section displays a pastoral scene with figures, animals, and buildings rendered in multicolored beadwork using blues, greens, reds, and yellows. The lower section features a decorative border with stylized floral or foliate motifs in golden yellow beads against a deep blue ground. The pouch is finished with a blue beaded fringe along the bottom edge. The construction shows typical mid-19th century beadwork techniques with individual glass beads sewn to create pictorial and ornamental designs. The drawstring closure at the top would have allowed the pouch to be gathered and secured.
